Tomball man killed when SUV flips, uproots tree

A 22-year-old Tomball man died about 2:30 a.m. Sunday when his northbound SUV left the road in the 32000 block� of Walnut Creek near Turtle Creek, ran through a fence, flipped and uprooted a tree. Montgomery County Police Reporter says in a developing story on its website that Dustin McCarty was the sole occupant, and he was ejected from the vehicle.
