Commercial Driver's License DUI
If you've been arrested for a DUI while you hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), the consequences can be severe. Generally a CDL and DUI don't mix very well. It takes a lot of time and hard work to obtain a commercial driver's license. You have to get medical examinations and meet stringent training requirements both on the road and in the classroom.
